Arsenal entered today’s game. Leicester City went into the game knowing that a win would extend their unbeaten streak to two games.
The game between Arsenal and Leicester City started in a very great fashion as expected. Arsenal imposed their passing game earlier in the game, which is why Leicester City waited patiently to receive the ball in order to do the damage on the counter attack. Arsenal used the weapon of their star player, Gabriel Jesus, to trouble Evans, while Gabriel Martinelli gave Wesley Fofana an afternoon to forget in the early stages. The play went on with both sides maintaining their style of play in the match. But all of a sudden, things changed for Arsenal, as they were able to get a goal from summer signing Gabriel Jesus. It was a very beautiful goal as he gave the keeper no chance to make a save. The early goal that Arsenal scored made the game very open. Leicester City have now altered their playing style so that they can at least get a goal back. It was during the course of looking for how to get a goal back that Arsenal had a corner kick which was played by Martinelli. The resulting effect of this corner kick was a goal from Gabriel Jesus. It was his second goal in the encounter already. Arsenal missed a couple of glorious chances in the first half.
The second half of the game began in a very great style as Leicester City got an early goal via a William Saliba own goal. It didn’t take long before Arsenal scored through Granit Xhaka. As if that was all, Leicester City showed no sign of giving up as substitute Kelechi Iheanacho set up James Madison for another goal in the 74th minute. It didn’t take long after that for Arsenal to score another goal through Martinelli to take the match to another level.
